About Michelle Rigg, LCSW, RPT

If you’re a parent struggling to understand and manage your child’s anxiety, parenting counseling can give you the education and tools needed to promote positive change in your child’s life, embrace new challenges, and help them develop courage and healthy independence.

My approach to parent counseling for anxious kids is based on the Supportive Parenting or Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) treatment method, an evidence-based practice developed SPACE was developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center. I have completed the Yale SPACE training for therapists.

Please feel free to contact me by email at michelle@mriggtherapy or by phone at (214) 616-3700 to learn more about how I might be able to support you and your child.
